Mr. Leung was admitted as a solicitor and barrister of New Zealand. He obtained his law degree from the University of London, the United Kingdom, and science degree (Mathematics, Economics and Finance) from the University of Hong Kong. Currently, Mr. Leung is the Director of Calf Company Limited. Prior to the establishment of Calf, he was the Assistant Vice President (Legal and Compliance) of a Hong Kong insurance company. He has joined the insurance and financial services industry since 2004 and has gained all-around legal and financial compliance experience through working for both international and local insurance companies, independent financial advisers and stock brokerage firm. He was appointed by the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers as member of Task Force on Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Task Force on ILAS Sales Process. He now leads the non-contentious Financial Services Regulatory team in Hong Kong.

Ms. Kwok has over 10 years of experience in insurance management, including but not limited to management of complaints and relevant compliance matters. She was the appointed Data Protection Officer of an Independent Financial Advisory firm, which is one of the member companies of a listed company.
She was accredited by Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association as one of two thousand accredited mediators in Hong Kong. She provided mediation services and trainings to professionals.
In additional to the above, Ms. Kwok is also responsible for strategic planning and corporate development of our company.
